Please allow 3 business days for packaging and posting of your order. Shipping is a flat fee of $10 up to 5kg through Australia Post, which averages up to 10 business days. Free shipping on orders over $200 under 5kg. Extra costs apply for 5kg+ or extra large parcels.
Express post available, and orders will be packed within 2 business days and posted accordingly.
I take the utmost care to provide the best quality pieces for you and appreciate being made aware of any imperfections.
Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery if your purchase if damaged or faulty and we can arrange a refund or replacement. Jewellery does not have a warranty as it depends on how often it is worn, however please get in touch if you have an issue and I will work with you to resolve it.
If you change your mind, unworn and still-new purchases may be returned within 30 days at the buyers expense for a credit/exchange.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To ensure your jewellery lasts as long as possible (a VERY long time!) do not wear it in salt or chlorine water and avoid heavy creams and oils on the skin which may soak into or discolour the cord.
Crystals should be cleansed regularly to ensure their highest vibration and frequency as well as longevity. This can be done under moonlight, sage smoke, running fresh water or pop them in a bag of dried herbs for 24 hours. Selenite is also a cleansing crystal, so resting your crystals next to selenite (which does not need its own cleansing) will do the trick.
Elastic bracelets should always be gently rolled onto the wrist and not stretched and pulled as they will break if expanded too far.
